Location of Depot and Park ‘N’ Ride is located near to Halt No.5 where the building is just right opposite Monash University, and on the land where the sewerage treatment plant is currently located.

Connectivity Concept turns Depot and Park ‘N’ Ride into the hub of Bus Rapid Transit Sunway Line. By connecting Depot to the guideway and the Park ‘N’ Ride to Halt 5, these have allowed a strong link between four different spaces which the passengers could experience the space transition.
 

The design of the three stories of Park ‘N’ Ride is constructed below the Bus Depot which it can accommodate approximately 1150 car parking bays at one time. By having the Park ‘N’ Ride facilities, it relieves the stress of driving in the congested road as well as reducing the number of cars on the road system. The car parking design allows the lady driver to park on the specially designated space just for ladies, which it is located on level 3 (P3). Besides that, the disable (OKU) parking lots are also provided on the same floor near the lobby entrance connecting to Halt 5 pedestrian crossing level which makes the immobilized peoples have easy movement to Monash University or to Halt 5.

This building has been designing to have good cross ventilation where more than 40% opening have been provided. To add more value to the building, expanded metal had been proposed as façade treatment materials. By using this material, the building will look more remarkable, without blocking the views, ventilation and at the same time stand-in as a sun shade and rain shade.
