Mohd Nazri Husain

 

I am a dynamic and ambitious architect with 14 years’ experience with BIM knowledge in various projects and constructions, ranging from residential houses to commercial and institutional buildings to urban design and transportation buildings.

Currently,

 

I’m working for YTL Construction Sdn. Bhd. as a Lead Architect (Project), whom as the Person-in-Charge of all aspects related to the design and development, relationship management, problem-solving, discernment, communication, architectural excellence, decision-making and collaboration, local authority submission, execution of the project from inception to completion, and setting up BIM Level 02 implementation.

Major projects that I managed and completed for my past architectural firm (SA Architects sdn bhd) from inception until handing over were the KVMRT SSP Line 02 (10 underground stations plus 5 elevated stations) and the 1st Malaysia’s bus rapid transit in Bandar Sunway. The BRT Sunway Line, inclusive of six stations with complex BRT Park N Rides, was completed by June 2015.

The other projects I managed well were the Sunway Medical Centre Phase 3 Extension Line, inclusive of Park n Ride Facilities, the Sunway Gym Centre, and the 27-story Tun Razak Exchange Tower project.

I was very fortunate to contribute my design proposal and participate closely from inception until realization for both projects while fulfilling the Graduate Architect Part 2 scope of work.
